Returns Eligibility

We offer returns or refunds under the following conditions:

Wrong Item Delivered: If you received an incorrect product.

Damaged or Spoiled Product: If the meat is damaged, spoiled, or rotten at the time of delivery.

❌ Missing Items: If some items were not delivered but were charged.

Return Request Process

To be eligible for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

📞 Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

📷 Share photo/video proof of the issue via WhatsApp or email.

📄 Mention your Order ID, Delivery Date, and Issue Details.

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method (UPI, Wallet, Card, or COD refund via bank transfer). You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is initiated.

🚫Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

❌ Products kept outside refrigeration for too long

❌ Partially consumed or tampered meat

❌ Items returned after 24 hours of delivery

⚠️ Important Notes

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the selected time slot. Refunds are not applicable if you missed your delivery repeatedly or provided incorrect address details. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the issue is found invalid or raised after the 24-hour return window.
