All orders must be placed through our website or official contact number. Payment can be made online or via Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect information or unavailability of products.
3. Delivery
We ensure timely delivery of fresh meat products at your doorstep. However, delivery time may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery addresses.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them. Once the product is processed, cancellation will not be allowed. Refunds will only be initiated if the product delivered is incorrect or not in proper condition.
5. Responsibility
Matro Farm will not be held responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect address details, delay from the customer’s side, or mishandling of the product after delivery.
